Crude benzene distillation section
a) Process flow
Contact number for coke oven gas desulfurization, coke oven dust removal, and coke oven wastewater:
The rich oil sent from the final cold washing benzene section enters the rich oil tank, is pumped out by the rich oil pump and sent to the crude benzene condenser. After heat exchange with the crude benzene steam, it enters the rich and poor oil heat exchanger and exchanges heat with the lean oil after benzene removal. It is then heated to 185 ℃ in the tube furnace and enters the benzene removal tower, where it is stripped and distilled using direct steam from the regenerator. The crude benzene vapor escaping from the top of the tower is cooled by the crude benzene condenser and enters the crude benzene oil-water separator. The separated crude benzene enters the crude benzene reflux tank. Some of it is pumped to the top of the tower as reflux by the crude benzene reflux pump, while the rest enters the crude benzene intermediate tank and is then pumped to the oil storage section by the crude benzene product pump.
The hot lean oil discharged from the bottom of the benzene removal tower flows into the rich lean oil heat exchanger, exchanges heat with the rich oil, and returns to the lean oil tank at the bottom of the benzene removal tower. It is pumped by a hot lean oil pump to the first and second stage lean oil coolers for cooling to 27-29 ℃ before being sent to the final cold washing benzene section.
Extract naphthalene oil fractions from the appropriate side lines of the benzene removal tower to reduce the naphthalene content in lean oil. The extracted naphthalene oil fraction enters the residual oil tank and is regularly pumped to the tar separator in the drum cooling section.
To ensure the quality of the washing oil, a stream of hot rich oil is drawn from the hot rich oil pipe behind the tube furnace and sent to the regenerator for regeneration by steam blowing with superheated steam. The regenerated residue is discharged into the residue oil tank and pumped to the tar separator in the drum cooling section.
The separated water discharged from each oil-water separator is controlled to be discharged into the water emptying tank through the separator, and then pumped to the gas suction pipeline.
The discharge pipes of each storage tank are centrally connected and pressure regulated before being led to the gas suction pipeline in front of the blower in the condensing blower section.
b) Process characteristics
(1) The process of heating and producing crude benzene using a tube furnace is mature and reliable.
(2) The top of the benzene removal tower is equipped with a cut-off tray for water intake, ensuring stable operation of the entire tower.
(3) All the released gases from each trough are connected to the gas suction pipeline before initial cooling, and there is no exhaust gas discharged.
